Why This Is a Scam?

- Does not use your real name
- Contains a link asking for personal information
What To Do?
- Do NOT click the link
- Delete the email
- Contact your bank using the number on your card

“Your package is on hold due to an address issue. Click here to update your delivery details.”
Why This Is a Scam?
- You were not expecting a package
- The link looks shortened or strange
- Delivery companies don’t ask for personal info by text
